Duties

• Handle federal and state tax matters.

Requirements

• Two or more years of relevant tax experience in a law firm or CPA firm.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Understanding of federal income tax, state and local tax, partnership taxation, and corporate tax principles.
• Must be admitted to the practice of law.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
