Duties:

• Handle legal cases involving governmental defense, including civil litigation and administrative proceedings.
• Provide legal advice to government entities on matters related to regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Conduct legal research and analysis specific to governmental defense cases.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
