A law firm is currently seeking an Attorney for its Saint Louis office. The ideal candidate should possess a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school and hold an active State of Illinois and/or Missouri Law license in good standing. The candidate should have 0-10 years of commercial litigation experience. The Attorney will be responsible for handling commercial litigation matters. The role involves representing clients in legal proceedings, providing legal advice, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Duties:

• Represent clients in commercial litigation matters.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Attend court proceedings and depositions.
• Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients.
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active State of Illinois and/or Missouri Law license in good standing.
• 0-10 years of commercial litigation experience.
