Global Solutions Legal Analyst

The candidate researches law investigates facts and independently prepares documents to assist attorneys with matters. Keeps daily updates on major developments in labor and employment laws throughout the world, with the goal of eventually allowing the CBP to offer an OD Comply-type product in the cross-border space. Assists with the monetization of existing work products. Organizes and indexes complex files. Assists with team-wide projects (e.g. revision of template documents; DMS files). Performs a wide variety of legal research and data compilation, with little or no supervision. Sources and provides data for dashboards and general surveys. Develops data analytics resources and tools for Cross Border Legal Practice. Displays complex quantitative data in a simple, intuitive format and ability to present findings in a clear and concise manner. Leads special research projects. Should have 6+ years of similar experience, preferably working in a labor/employment, litigation, or transactional practice. JD preferred. Should be proficient in all Microsoft applications (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Lexis-Nexis and WestLaw, Document Management Systems, expense and billing systems; experience developing data standards and formulating metrics for reporting; excellent attention to detail; strong verbal and written communication skills; strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
