Political Compliance Supervisor

The candidate will be serving as primary point of contact for the firm’s clients. Proactively identifying client needs and remaining highly responsive to time-sensitive client requests. Processing campaign contributions and expenditures. Reconciling bank accounts, verifying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents and records. Maintaining clients’ campaign finance databases. Preparing and filing campaign finance disclosure reports. Other tasks as needed. Strong organizational, communication, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills. Works well in a team environment. Believes in doing things the right way. Knowledge and understanding of basic accounting principles. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proven customer service skills and responsive correspondence. Adaptability and ability to work under tight deadlines. Outstanding troubleshooting and problem solving abilities. Must have 4 year degree in political science, communications, accounting, or related field. Experience with donor database management, including QuickBooks and Excel. Knowledge of political campaigns, fundraising, and campaign compliance databases is preferred. Personal interest in political or civic engagement is a plus.
