The candidate will communicate professionally, concisely, effectively, and efficiently with the attorneys and clients. Should have experience, familiarity, and the ability to complete the following work independently: skills using electronic and book resources; Motions and Responses; Mediation and Trial Memos of Law; Client fact and document management. Should have significant legal research experience, access to legal research databases, phenomenal writing/editing skills, ability to take direction and constructive criticism, work independently and hit the ground running, set and meet specific due dates, and produce a polished work product ready for filing.
