A law firm seeks a Full-Time Associate Attorney to join its office in Arlington, Texas. This role is open to Texas-licensed attorneys, including recent graduates and experienced practitioners, interested in a demanding and substantive practice within a well-established legal environment.

Duties

• Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, judgments, and legal memoranda.
• Manage active court dockets in multiple jurisdictions.
• Make court appearances and advise clients on tax and collection-related matters.
• Communicate with opposing counsel and other stakeholders.
• Assist with appellate matters as needed.
• Participate in client development and firm initiatives.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage a substantial caseload and exercise sound judgment.
• Effective communication with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.
• Prior legal experience preferred but not required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
