Duties

• Draft, review, and negotiate estate planning documents, including trust agreements and wills.
• Assist with trust and estate administration, focusing on fiduciary duties and compliance.
• Support real estate transactions and related corporate matters.
• Contribute to Trust and Estates litigation efforts.
• Conduct due diligence and legal research, preparing memoranda as needed.
• Collaborate with clients, partners, and attorneys across practice areas.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• License to practice law in good standing in Florida.
• 3-5 years of experience in trust and estates, real estate, and corporate transactional matters.
• Strong drafting skills for estate planning documents and related instruments.
• Exposure to Trust and Estates litigation preferred.
• Experience with real estate or corporate transactions is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• License to practice law in Florida.
