Duties

• Draft and negotiate leases and amendments.
• Draft and negotiate real estate purchase and sale agreements.
• Review, draft, and manage real estate-related due diligence.
• Conduct real estate closings.

Requirements

• Knowledge of state and federal real estate laws.
• Proficiency in real estate finance.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Education

• Must be admitted to practice in Arizona with an active bar license or eligible for admission on motion.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in real estate finance or commercial real estate transactions.
• Excellent academic record.
