Duties:

• Provide legal support for mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate restructuring activities

• Counsel clients on business formation, governance, and dissolution matters

• Draft, revise, and negotiate commercial agreements and transactional documentation

• Identify legal risks and deliver proactive strategies for mitigation

• Cultivate and grow long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients

• Collaborate with internal legal and operational teams to support business objectives

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in corporate law and transactional matters

• Active membership in the State Bar of Georgia

• Portable book of business

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements

• Strong track record of delivering business-aligned legal guidance

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the Georgia State Bar (mandatory)
