Requirements

• Three or more years of tribal/Indian law experience.
• Active member in good standing with the CA bar or willingness to sit for the next exam.
• Ability to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area or Sacramento.
• Proven communication skills with various stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, research, and writing abilities.
• Litigation and court experience preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active CA bar membership or eligibility to sit for the exam.
