Duties

• Engage in M&A, leveraged buyouts, and corporate governance matters.
• Manage complex commercial transactions with precision.
• Interact effectively with clients, investment bankers, and advisors.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts within the firm.

Requirements

• Four to six years of relevant law firm experience.
• Strong attention to detail and client engagement skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
• Proven analytical skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Interest or experience in ESOP M&A is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
