Duties

• Draft, review, and finalize estate planning and elder law documents

• Conduct initial client consultations and guide them through planning services

• Respond promptly to client inquiries via email and phone

• Perform legal research to ensure the accuracy and quality of documents and advice

• Coordinate with team members to deliver seamless client experiences

• Manage multiple legal matters with attention to deadlines and details

• Educate clients on legal documents using clear, simplified language

• Maintain organized digital files and case tracking systems

• Adapt to evolving client needs and legal strategies as necessary

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant legal experience in estate planning or elder law

• Demonstrated excellence in legal research and writing

• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication abilities

• Ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Comfortable discussing legal topics with clients in a clear, approachable manner

• Demonstrated initiative and strong follow-through in legal project management

• Tech-comfortable and willing to learn new systems

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in Florida (in good standing)
