Duties

• Handle all aspects of personal injury cases from intake through resolution.
• Conduct depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Represent clients in court hearings, conferences, and trials.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Maintain regular client communication and provide clear case updates.
• Work collaboratively with paralegals and support staff.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed and in good standing with the New York State Bar.
• Minimum 5 years of personal injury litigation experience.
• Significant trial and courtroom experience required.
• Strong legal writing, research, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to independently manage a high-volume caseload.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed and in good standing with the New York State Bar.
