Duties

• Draft and negotiate real estate and financing transaction documents.
• Engage in purchase and sale agreements, leases, and loan agreements.
• Collaborate on development-related agreements and property management.
• Interact directly with partners and clients.

Requirements

• Experience in commercial real estate and financing transactions.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Experience in real estate development and joint ventures is a plus.
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.

Education

• JD from an ABA-approved law school.

Certifications

• Active member of the Bar in the jurisdiction of practice.
