Duties

• Represent clients in complex corporate M&A transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, and mergers.
• Draft, negotiate, and communicate effectively throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Manage multiple workstreams and interact directly with clients and deal teams.
• Engage in business development and build long-term client relationships.

Requirements

• 4-8 years of relevant M&A experience.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams in transactions.
• Interest in business development and client relationship building.

Education

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active member in good standing of the Bar where admitted to practice.
• Timely admission to the Bar of the state where the hiring office is located.
