Duties

• Draft and review contracts related to real estate transactions.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of real estate transactional experience.
• Licensed to practice law in Rhode Island or eligible for prompt admission.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the Rhode Island Bar.

Skills
