A law firm seeks a highly experienced Senior Personal Injury Trial Attorney to join their expanding office in Seattle, WA. This role offers the opportunity to lead and build the firm's presence in the state, supported by a nationally recognized firm.

Duties

• Take full ownership of personal injury cases from intake through trial or resolution.
• Conduct and defend depositions, including expert witnesses, as part of a litigation strategy.
• Represent clients in court, handling hearings, motions, and trials confidently.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents aligned with case strategy.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support arguments and filings.
• Communicate with clients, counsel, experts, and the court professionally.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice in Washington.
• 6-10 years of litigation experience in Washington personal injury law, including trial work.
• Ability to independently manage and litigate PI cases through verdict.
• Strong deposition, trial preparation, and courtroom skills.
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, capable of working in a startup office environment.
• Strong client-relations skills and a results-driven approach.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Washington.
