Duties

• Take full ownership of personal injury cases from intake through trial or resolution.
• Conduct and defend depositions, including expert witnesses, as part of a targeted litigation strategy.
• Represent clients in court, handling hearings, motions, and trials confidently.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents in alignment with case strategy.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support arguments and filings.
• Communicate with clients, counsel, experts, and the court professionally.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice in Washington.
• 6-10 years of litigation experience in Washington personal injury law, including trial work.
• Ability to independently manage and litigate personal injury cases through verdict.
• Strong deposition, trial preparation, and courtroom skills.
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, capable of working in a startup office environment with minimal oversight.
• Strong client-relations skills and a results-driven approach.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Washington.
