Business Tax Associate

The candidate will work with transactional tax lawyers to assist clients with issues relating to the tax aspects of business transactions, such as advising clients on sophisticated transactions, including taxable and tax-free mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions (including fund formation), tax credit-driven transactions, joint ventures, debt finance and securities transactions, renewable energy projects, and inbound and outbound international investments. Should have 1-4 years of experience in a law firm. Experience with drafting transactional agreements is a plus. Excellent academic credentials are required and an LL.M. in taxation is preferred.
