A reputable law firm in Philadelphia, PA, is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney with 5-10 years of litigation experience to join its dynamic Workers’ Compensation Department. Duties:

• Represent clients in a wide array of workers’ compensation claims, including repetitive trauma, occupational disease, hearing loss, and death claims.
• Conduct legal research, prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Engage in discovery processes, including depositions and interrogatories.
• Attend hearings, trials, mediations, and arbitrations to advocate for clients effectively.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative and proactive defense strategies.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear and consistent communication.
• Ensure timely case management from inception through resolution.

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of experience in litigation, preferably workers’ compensation or a related field.
• Proven ability to handle complex legal issues and high-exposure cases.
• Strong analytical, research, writing, and communication skills.
• Commitment to professional growth and collaboration within a team-oriented environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Pennsylvania.
