A law firm based in Austin, TX, is seeking a Litigation Family Law Attorney to oversee and represent clients in family law cases. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cases efficiently, providing excellent customer service, and making recommendations for process improvements.

Job Duties:

• Take proactive management of family law cases from inception to resolution
• Deliver superior customer service to clients, including regular communication and case updates
• Provide monthly status reports and conduct weekly reviews of cases
• Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to practice managers
• Utilize practice quality software to manage performance metrics and ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited university
• 3-6 years of litigation experience, specifically in family law
• Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas
• First-chair experience in family law cases
• Passed the Bar Exam on the first attempt

Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technical programs and software

Education:

Juris Doctorate from an accredited university

Certifications:

Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas
