Duties:

• Represent clients in court by attending hearings and trials.
• Conduct and participate in depositions, including taking and defending them.
• Draft and respond to motions.
• Review and approve discovery documents.
• Manage assigned personal injury cases efficiently.
• Travel within the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) area as required, with minimal travel outside the region.

Requirements:

• Must have a strong interest in litigation and courtroom advocacy.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Willingness to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Texas Bar License (Required).

Skills:

• Strong legal research and writing abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Spanish language proficiency is preferred but not required.
