The candidate will be preparing form documents, creating case files electronically, coordinating the execution of documents, ensuring that the case schedules are met, collecting required documents from a variety of sources, online filing of documents, and performing regular case status checks. Working knowledge of patent prosecution practice is a plus. Should have 2+ years of experience in a similar position. College degree preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - including MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint is required. Must have good verbal communication skills. Will support multiple attorneys and assist in calendaring, appointment setting, scheduling, docket management, drafting communications, and other attorney-support activities.
