Associate General Counsel

The candidate will be negotiating, structuring, and drafting customer contracts and leases, as well as various other transactional matters and agreements as needed. Will be assisting with a variety of other legal functions such as loans, joint ventures, acquisitions, construction, real estate, intellectual property protection, tax abatements, litigation, etc. Assisting with legal and regulatory compliance. Performing a broad range of legal matters and general business matters based on the needs of the company, as may be assigned by the General Counsel. Working with and managing outside counsel, counterparties, insurers, and other third parties as needed.
