Duties

• Provide regulatory counseling under major environmental programs.
• Engage in transactional and litigation activities related to environmental law.
• Work on matters involving the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, and other environmental programs.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of substantive experience in environmental law preferred.
• Experience in state or federal administrative law considered.
• Passion for environmental law.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Ohio or eligibility to waive in.
