This position focuses on labor and employment law, providing legal representation and counsel to employers in a variety of workplace-related matters. Duties

• Defend and litigate lawsuits involving employment-related claims and discrimination charges.
• Represent employers in legal proceedings, including court cases, administrative agency hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Handle employment matters such as class/collective actions, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, contracts, employment torts, and non-compete cases.
• Provide legal advice to employers on labor and employment laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of litigation experience, with a strong preference for an employment law background.
• Active Ohio bar admission (required); Kentucky bar admission (preferred).
• Thorough understanding of court and employment-related agency procedures at both state and federal levels.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.

Certifications

• Admission to the Ohio Bar (required).
• Admission to the Kentucky Bar (preferred).
