Duties

• Provide guidance and solutions to clients in mergers and acquisitions, commercial finance, and general corporate needs.
• Negotiate and draft corporate documents, including acquisition, employment, and confidentiality agreements.
• Structure and implement equity compensation, bonus, and deferred compensation plans.

Requirements

• Two or more years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, or contract negotiations.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging and conveying complex matters effectively.
• Strong work ethic, practice management, and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated self-starter with a desire to work in a fast-paced, collegial environment.
• Large firm experience is a plus but not required.

Education

• Juris Doctorate or LLM

Certifications

• Admitted to Massachusetts Bar
