The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in transactional tax, focusing on fund formation, Section 892 investors, real estate, investment fund secondary transactions, regulated investment companies, income tax treaties, and cross-border transactions.

Requirements

• AmLaw 100 firm experience preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD)
