• Attend court hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.

• Negotiate settlements and manage client relationships effectively.

• Collaborate with legal teams to ensure high-quality representation.

Requirements:

• Minimum of five years of experience in commercial litigation.

• Strong preference for candidates with experience in real estate and corporate law.

• Some portable business is favored but not required.

• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional client service.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

• Admission to the Colorado State Bar in good standing.

Certifications:

• Active and valid license to practice law in Colorado.
