Location:

Duties:

• Represent clients in a variety of family law matters including divorce, child custody, property division, and spousal support

• Draft pleadings, motions, agreements, and other legal documents

• Conduct legal research and remain current on relevant case law and legislative updates

• Attend and advocate in court hearings and trials

• Provide legal counsel and support to clients throughout their cases

• Collaborate with paralegals and legal support staff for effective case management

Requirements:

• 2–7 years of experience in family law litigation

• Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload efficiently

• Admission to the state bar and in good standing

• Commitment to client-focused advocacy and legal excellence

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in Missouri

Skills:

• Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills

• Effective oral advocacy and courtroom presence
