Duties:

• Manage and take responsibility for various commercial litigation matters, from discovery through trial.

• Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents for complex commercial cases.

• Conduct legal research and analysis on commercial law issues.

• Attend hearings, depositions, and court appearances, representing clients effectively.

• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and provide counsel to clients.

• Assist in the preparation for trial, including witness preparation and document organization.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and legal guidance.

• Support and mentor junior associates and legal assistants on case matters.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in complex commercial litigation.

• Strong background in handling commercial disputes and litigation processes.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

• Proven track record of successful litigation outcomes.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on producing high-quality work.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Massachusetts.
