The role provides exposure to a broad spectrum of litigation matters, including commercial disputes, real estate title conflicts, creditor recovery, and employment law cases. Duties:

• Handle a variety of business-related litigation matters

• Support legal proceedings in commercial, real estate, and creditor rights disputes

• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare case strategies

• Collaborate closely with senior attorneys on complex litigation cases

• Participate in negotiations, court appearances, and client communications

• Assist with matters related to employment litigation and advisory work

• Contribute to ongoing client development and service initiatives

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience, preferably involving business disputes

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy capabilities

• Familiarity with court procedures and case management practices

• Prior exposure to real estate or bankruptcy litigation is advantageous

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the Massachusetts Bar in good standing

Skills:

• Effective communication and analytical thinking

• High attention to detail in drafting and reviewing legal documents
