Duties

• Conduct legal research and provide patent counseling.

Requirements

• 3+ years of patent counseling experience.
• Experience in drafting and prosecuting patent applications.
• Strong legal writing and research skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Education

• PhD in Biological Sciences, Chemistry, or related field.

Certifications

• Registered to practice before the USPTO.

Skills

• Immediately transferable skills in patent law.
• Strong academic background.
• Law firm experience preferred.
