Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney in Fort Washington, PA. Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive reviews of conditions precedent to filing actions, including loan documents and demand letters.
  • Draft and review pleadings and correspondence to initiate legal actions.
  • Ensure all internal systems are updated with findings, documentation, and recommendations.
  • Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collections requirements.

Requirements

  • Intermediate to advanced computer and general office skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with a dynamic and diverse team of professionals.

Education

  • Juris Doctor

Certifications

  • Bar membership in Pennsylvania

Skills

  • Basic principles of Quality Assurance and/or Quality Control preferred.
