A law firm in Philadelphia, PA, is seeking a talented Litigation Attorney to join its team. This role offers an opportunity to work on high-impact cases and provide strategic legal counsel and representation to our clients.

Duties:

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on complex legal issues.
• Draft various legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and negotiations.
• Collaborate with colleagues to strategize and address legal challenges effectively.
• Provide insightful and strategic legal counsel to clients.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the Pennsylvania State Bar or eligible for admission.
• Proven litigation experience of 2-6 years, preferably in a law firm setting.
• Strong research and writing skills with attention to detail.

Skills:

• Excellent oral advocacy and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and software.

Education:
