A law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney for their Philadelphia office. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in complex business litigation in both state and federal courts, with a particular focus on Pennsylvania courts. Strong preference for candidates with trial experience and outstanding academic and professional credentials.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Manage written discovery processes and participate in large-scale document reviews.
• Take and defend depositions as needed.
• Attend court conferences, hearings, and other proceedings.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in litigation, with a focus on complex business litigation.
• Admission to practice law in Pennsylvania is required.
• Admission to practice law in New Jersey is preferred.
• Strong research capabilities and drafting skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Trial experience is preferred.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar is required.
• Admission to the New Jersey Bar is preferred.
