Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in workers' compensation cases, advocating on their behalf throughout the claims process.
• Advise clients on their rights and responsibilities under workers' compensation laws.
• Prepare and file legal documents, including claims, petitions, and motions.
• Manage and handle cases from initial filing through resolution, including attending hearings and negotiating settlements.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies and client advocacy.
• Collaborate with clients, medical professionals, and insurance companies to gather evidence and build strong cases.
• Stay updated on changes in workers' compensation laws and regulations to ensure compliance and effective representation.
• Provide clear and timely communication with clients regarding case status, strategy, and potential outcomes.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Bar in the state of Florida (required).
• 2-5 years of experience in workers' compensation law.
• Proven experience managing and resolving workers' compensation claims.
