A law firm seeks a Junior or Mid-Level Associate with two to five years of relevant experience to join the Energy and Infrastructure Practice Group in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will have experience in project finance and development, limited recourse, and structured financings in the energy and infrastructure sectors.

Duties

• Assist in structuring and negotiating project finance transactions.
• Collaborate with clients, including major corporations and financial institutions.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
• Support senior attorneys in complex financing deals.

Requirements

• Two to five years of relevant legal experience.
• Experience in project finance, leveraged finance, or other finance areas.
• Outstanding academic credentials.
• Admitted to practice law and in good standing in the relevant jurisdiction.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in New York or Texas.
