A law firm seeks a mid-level to senior litigation associate with expertise in computer hardware and software for their Reston, VA office. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in patent litigation and inter partes review (IPR) proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB).

Duties

• Conduct patent litigation and IPR proceedings before the PTAB.
• Collaborate with a team of professionals in developing and executing litigation strategies.
• Draft and review legal documents with exceptional attention to detail.
• Advise clients on patent-related matters and provide practical solutions.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of solid experience in patent litigation and IPR proceedings.
• At least 4 years of solid litigation experience.
• Exceptional writing skills are essential.
• USPTO registration number preferred.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field required.

Certifications

• USPTO registration number preferred.
