The position offers the opportunity to engage deeply in complex litigation, client interactions, and all facets of case development and resolution.

Duties:

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support ongoing litigation cases.
• Draft a variety of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs, ensuring precision and accuracy.
• Represent clients during court appearances, depositions, mediations, and arbitration sessions.
• Effectively manage and prioritize a broad caseload.
• Collaborate closely with senior attorneys on intricate litigation cases.
• Engage in strategic discussions and case planning to enhance outcomes.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, opposing counsel, judges, and other involved parties.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school, with an exemplary academic record.
• Active admission to the Missouri State Bar.
• 5+ years of relevant litigation experience, preferably within insurance coverage disputes.
• Proven ability to work independently and maintain high productivity.

Education:

• Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited institution.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Missouri State Bar is required.
