The candidate will be coordinating administrative and legal practice tasks and projects for attorneys. Calendaring and coordinating meetings, appointments, deadlines, tasks, and conference calls. Preparing new client intake materials; opening new client matters; billing activities. Client interaction by phone, email and in person. Preparing, editing, proofreading, and assembling legal documents and correspondence. Notarizing and/or witnessing documents as needed. Should have 2+ years of administrative experience. Real estate experience is preferred.
