Duties

• Conduct trademark searches and review search results.
• Develop global trademark strategies.
• Manage domestic and international trademark prosecution.
• Engage in trademark enforcement, including online monitoring and TTAB proceedings.
• Draft and send demand letters and handle UDRP proceedings.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of trademark experience.
• Experience in copyright prosecution and enforcement is a plus.
• Knowledge of AI developments in intellectual property is beneficial.
• Superior writing and communication skills.
• Foreign language skills are valued but not required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
