Duties:

• Advocate for clients in wage and hour class action litigation

• Draft legal pleadings, motions, and other court documents

• Conduct legal research and analyze employment law issues

• Assist with discovery, trial preparation, and deposition strategies

• Prepare witnesses and support case presentation at trial

• Manage multiple case files and ensure timely progress on legal matters

• Engage in negotiations to reach fair settlements

• Maintain effective communication with clients, courts, and opposing counsel

• Remain informed about changes in case law and statutory developments related to labor law

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in California (active and in good standing)

• Demonstrated interest in labor and employment law

• Strong litigation skills and legal writing ability

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Commitment to achieving positive outcomes for employee clients

• Willingness to take initiative and assume responsibility across case stages

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:
