A law firm seeks a Labor and Employment Associate with over three years of litigation experience to join their office in Woodland Hills, California. This position offers the opportunity to engage with a diverse range of litigation matters, including employment law issues, commercial litigation, and privacy litigation.

Duties

• Handle single plaintiff FEHA matters, wage and hour disputes, PAGA claims, and class action work.
• Engage in commercial and privacy litigation.
• Collaborate with a diverse practice group on complex legal issues.
• Assume responsibility for legal matters commensurate with experience.

Requirements

• Experience in labor and employment litigation preferred; other civil litigation experience welcome.
• Wage and hour and PAGA experience is a plus.
• Outstanding writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Motivated to be part of a busy national practice.
• Licensed to practice law and in good standing in California.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in California.
