Job Overview: The Corporate Associate Attorney will handle various corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, and private equity deals. The role involves contributing to the growth of the firm's corporate practice and ensuring high-quality legal services for clients.

Duties:

• Conducting legal research and analysis related to corporate transactions.
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and transactional documents.
• Providing legal advice and counsel to clients on corporate matters.
• Participating in negotiations and due diligence processes for transactions.
• Assisting with the preparation and filing of regulatory documents.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
