A law firm seeks a Personal Injury Trial Attorney in Irvine, California. The ideal candidate will manage a diverse caseload of personal injury claims, working closely with other attorneys to develop case strategies and lead case management teams. Duties

• Manage a heavy caseload and all phases of personal injury cases.
• Conduct thorough case investigations to determine liability and damages.
• Draft and file legal documents needed in litigation and discovery disputes.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
• Provide exceptional client service, keeping clients informed about case progress.
• First Chair Civil Jury Trial.

Requirements

• Lawyer in good standing to practice law in state.
• 7+ years of personal injury experience with a focus in trial.
• Minimum of 10+ civil jury trials to verdict.
• Excellent knowledge of state laws and legal procedures for personal injury cases.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven track record of successful case management and client representation.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in California.
