Duties

• Ensure clients are effectively represented at court hearings as needed.
• Contribute to the firm's sales efforts by handling incoming PNC calls.
• Manage collection rates and accounts receivables for clients.
• Organize and maintain client files accurately.
• Assist clients by understanding their needs and strategizing appropriate actions.
• Represent clients in court proceedings as required.
• Create legal documents for a high volume of cases.
• Communicate with senior partners and paralegals to progress through civil litigation.

Requirements

• Interest and passion for divorce and family law.
• Comfortable with leveraging technology in legal practice.
• Licensed to practice law in Illinois and reside within Kane, Cook, Lake, DuPage, and Will Counties.
• 5+ years of experience in family law issues.
• Proficient in computer software applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Education

• Undergraduate degree with a legal background.
• Juris Doctor degree required.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Illinois.
