  • Handle multiple matters simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in antitrust law.
  • Excellent academic credentials from a reputable law school.
  • Admitted to practice in New York, California, or the District of Columbia.
  • Strong understanding of antitrust laws and regulations.
  • Experience with HSR (Hart-Scott-Rodino Act) filings and deal counseling.
  • Familiarity with merger investigations and proceedings.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional research and writing skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the State Bar in New York, California, or the District of Columbia.
