Requirements

• 3-7 years of employment litigation experience.
• Experience with wage/hour compliance and defense.
• Superior academic credentials and excellent research and writing skills.
• California licensure required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the California State Bar.
